Remember back in January when we asked the congregation to do the church survey for our strategic planning process? I’m happy to say that 16 weeks of work and over 200 folks speaking into our call for the future have shaped our strategic priorities for 2023-2026. On Sunday, you’ll learn about them!
A lot more work remains as we take the next step to develop an operational plan based on our priorities. But we’re off to a great start!
I’d like to thank our Strategic Planning Team, Leadership Board, staff, and congregation for all the hours and energy they invested and for their valuable input in shaping the priorities. And, of course, thank you, Joani Essenburg. Your consulting, expertise, leadership, and sherpa-like guidance on this journey have been invaluable.
