The Care Ministry plays a critical role at Park Ave Church in creating a welcoming environment where everyone can find compassion, healing, and a sense of belonging.
At Park Avenue United Methodist Church, our Care Ministry provides spiritual support to those in need, ensuring you feel connected and supported. Park’s Care team of dedicated volunteers offers care through visits, phone calls, prayer and bringing communion to those who are homebound, hospitalized, or facing life challenges. We celebrate life’s milestones and provide comfort during times of grief, including, an All-Saints Day remembrance ritual, annual Blue Christmas Service as well as funeral and memorial service planning.
*Please note, we currently only are able to host funeral/memorial services for members.
